Growing up, Mallie and her brother Jonathan watched their father buy and flip a handful of houses. It didn’t always go well — he lost money and learned the hard way how stressful real estate can become. Experiencing that at a young age left a lasting impression. Mallie carried that with her when she co-founded Cash Out On My Home in 2017, determined to create a company that helps people in those exact distress situations instead of leaving them to figure it out alone.

Jonathan’s career path began in healthcare, where he was training to become a nurse practitioner. While he loved helping people, he wanted to do something deeper and more personal. In 2017, he and his sister Mallie combined their strengths to create Cash Out On My Home — and he hasn’t looked back.
As Head of Sales, Jonathan is the one who speaks directly with nearly every homeowner they work with. He listens first, making sure to understand each seller’s story before offering solutions.
