I just want to say I had home buyers pressuring me to sell when I wasn’t ready. I had a lot going on, plus I got sick with pneumonia and it took me awhile to get over it. I had spoke with Johnathan a couple of times and he never was pushy with me and always left the door open for me to get back with him or ask me when I wanted him to touch base with me. All the other home buyers were beating me up on my price but I felt I was offering the house at a fair price and evidently Johnathan thought so because he never tried haggling with me on the price!
